If you are a technical supporter, sometimes you may find that it is difficult to describe a complicated problem clearly to your customer if only use several sentences. Once you use ScreenFlash, all these cases will be readily solved.
SWF files exported from ScreenFlash are very small, easy to spread on web. Optional graphics quality gives you more flexibility. Lossless compression can provide high graphic quality but the file size is a bit large. Lossy compression can reach the maximal compression ratio but the graphic quality is low.

As an introduction to ScreenFlash, we've provided the following tutorials to get you started.
